We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled you will be notified promptly. If your card has already been charged, a full refund will be issued.

Shipping We ship within the United States. Orders are typically processed within one to three business days. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Elk Head, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Sales tax Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within Georgia, calculated automatically based on the destination zip code.
