Elk Head Clothing Return Policy

At Elk Head Clothing, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.

  • Final sale, clearance items, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color (subject to availability).

  • If the item you’d like is not in stock, you may return the original product for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

  • Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at hello@elkheadclothing.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll prioritize getting you a replacement or issuing a full refund.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@elkheadclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

  3. Pack your item(s) securely and drop them off at the designated carrier.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.
