At Elk Head Clothing, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return policy below.

• Full-price merchandise may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

• Full-price merchandise may be exchanged within 20 days of purchase.

• Sale and promotional merchandise cannot be returned.

• Products must be unused, unworn, tagged, and in original condition.

• Only items purchased from elkheadclothing.com may be returned to our online store.

• Items purchased from wholesale partners must be returned to the place of purchase.

• Fragrances are not eligible for returns.

• Coupons expire 3 months from the date of issue.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at hello@elkheadclothing.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll provide instructions and a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Pack your item(s) securely and drop them off at the designated carrier.

Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

• For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.
