Returns & Exchanges Policy 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to love your Elk Head gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and exchanges work.

U.S. Orders 

  • Full-price returns: accepted within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

  • Store credit returns: accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges: accepted within 30 days of delivery (we’ll cover shipping for the replacement item).

Final Sale / Not Eligible for Return

  • Sale items and promotional purchases are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Fragrances are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • International orders are final sale (returns not accepted).

Item Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in original condition with original packaging when possible.

Return Shipping

  • Returns: customer pays return shipping.

  • Exchanges: we cover shipping for the replacement item (U.S. orders).

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. (Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.)

Damaged / Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 3 days of delivery and we’ll make it right: hello@elkheadclothing.com


How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email hello@elkheadclothing.com with your order number and what you’d like to do (return, exchange, or store credit). We’ll reply with instructions.
