"I’ve been a loyal Elkhead customer for at least five years and own most of their models, so this experience was especially disappointing. Today, I received a pair of pants in the wrong size. My order was placed correctly, but apparently the size I ordered was no longer available, so Elkhead sent me the next size up instead. When I called to arrange a return, I was told that because the item was discounted, they could only offer store credit—not a refund. On top of that, I’m expected to arrange and pay for the return shipping myself because they don’t provide a return label. This isn’t a case of me changing my mind or not liking the product. Elkhead sent me a size I did not order because the size I purchased was out of stock. I don’t believe the customer should have to absorb the cost or inconvenience of correcting the company’s mistake. After supporting Elkhead for years, this is not the kind of treatment I expected as a loyal customer. You can do better, Elkhead."
